Natural Toys by GnomeWerks Pdx !

There are only 11 days until Spring, and we are all rejoicing over here! We are ready for warmer weather, more parks days, garden goodies & markets! Spring means watching our tree, Branchy, grow his leaves, and our neighbor’s plum tree fill up with lovely pink flowers. Bees buzzing, and fresh new life.

It also means creating a new seasonal table, full of all the special things that remind us of spring 🙂
Items we collect on our walks, and sweet gnomes like the ones at Gnome Werks Pdx!
As soon we got our set of the Seasonal gnomes the boys were SO excited. Even the neighbor’s kiddos came over to check them out! 🙂 I have seen my fair share of wooden gnomes, but none like these!

These gnomes are hand painted with non toxic water colors all images are wood burned and then sealed with a beeswax/olive oil blend. They measure approx. 3 1/2 inches tall, which includes their pointy caps.

We also got to check out the super cute forest friends set!

Each Forest Friend measures approx. 2- 2 1/2″ tall. They are wooden figures with a sculpted clay head, that dries to a rock hard state. All details are wood burned and then painted with AP certified non toxic watercolors and sealed with a non toxic acrylic sealer for extra protection.

I’m thinking these would make an excellent easter gift, too! 🙂 Or just because! 😉
